Welcome to Auré Aesthetics. These terms help ensure a safe, comfortable and transparent experience for every client. By booking an appointment or receiving a treatment, you acknowledge the following terms.
A consultation is required before cosmetic injectable treatments and may be recommended for other services. During your consultation, I will discuss your concerns, treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks and aftercare.
Please provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, medications, allergies and any relevant health conditions so that I can assess your suitability.
I reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not considered appropriate or safe. Treatments are not provided to anyone under 18.
I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of $50.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may require a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and ask that you contact me as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
Every client is different, and individual results vary depending on factors such as anatomy, treatment type and personal response. Results cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions or maintenance appointments. All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.
Potential risks, side effects and appropriate aftercare will be discussed before treatment. Clients are expected to follow the aftercare instructions provided and contact me if they have concerns following treatment.
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Treatment prices will be confirmed before proceeding.
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Any available payment plans or buy-now-pay-later options are subject to provider eligibility and terms.
Prices and services may be updated from time to time. Any applicable promotional offers or discounts will be explained at the time of booking.
If you change your mind about a future appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
Completed treatments are not refundable simply because the result differs from personal expectations. However, nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law. Any concerns regarding a treatment or outcome will be considered individually.
Any loyalty programme, treatment credit, package or promotional offer will be subject to its specific terms, including eligible services, expiry dates and redemption requirements.
Rewards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Any restrictions will be communicated clearly before a client participates or makes a purchase.
Your personal and health information will be collected and handled with care and in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy requirements. Information will be used for purposes such as assessing treatment suitability, providing care, maintaining appropriate records and communicating with you about your appointments.
Your information will not be used or disclosed for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis or consent, where required. You may request access to your personal information or ask for corrections in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
