A $50 consultation fee is required to secure your virtual consultation.
The consultation fee is fully redeemable toward any treatment subsequently booked with us.
If you cancel or reschedule your virtual consultation with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend, the $50 consultation fee will be retained.
If you attend your consultation but choose not to proceed with treatment, the $50 consultation fee remains payable as it covers the professional consultation provided.
Raglan Clinic Appointments
A deposit is required to secure your Raglan appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed appointments/no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.
Cancellation fees are not waived by rescheduling an appointment.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Genuine emergencies will be considered at our discretion.
